technical assistance.
We are fully conversant with all professional manufacturers in cluding
equipment manufactured by Ridgegear, MSA, Crowcon & Draeger etc.
and can happily calibrate, service & repair customers’ own equipment
accordingly. We are an Authorised service centre for both Ridgegear,
MSA products and Leica Geosystems, Topcon & Abtech.
Future care
We automatically notify existing customers of when their instrument
is due further servicing or calibration in full compliance of any
pre vailing quality assurance standards.
Damage Reporting
Damages whilst an inevitable hazard within the construction and surveying
industry are nonetheless an unwelcome and unbudgeted cost.
At Boels Survey & Laser we try to make the notification and costs of
any damages as painless as possible for our customers.
We strive to identify and inform customers of any dama ges within 72
hours of equipment returns. Whilst not all damages may be immediately
or visibly obvious, we do offer the facility to provide photographs
of damages by email whenever possible.
Repair costs are notified at “Fair Deal” levels and we also offer advice
and/or training on the prevention of future avoidable damages. In the
case of major/costly damages the opportunity is given to customers
to physically inspect the equipment within 7 days before any repairs
are commenced.
